Information collected
The estimate form may collect your name, phone number, optional email address, city or ZIP code, requested service, preferred contact method, and any project details you provide. It also uses limited technical information to help prevent spam and abuse.
How the information is used
We use this information to review your request, contact you about the tree work, prepare or discuss an estimate, and protect the website from spam or misuse. Sending the form does not sign you up for automated marketing messages.
Service providers
We use Cloudflare to host and protect the website, Cloudflare Turnstile to help block automated abuse, and Resend to deliver estimate requests. These companies process limited information as needed to provide those services.
Storage and retention
Estimate requests are delivered to M&M's approved inbox and are not placed in a public database. Email copies and follow-up records are kept only as long as needed to respond, provide the requested service, maintain normal business records, or meet legal requirements.
Sharing
We do not sell information submitted through the estimate form. It may be shared with the service providers listed above or when required to protect people, property, the website, or comply with the law.
Your choices
You can call or text instead of using the website form. You may also contact us to ask about information connected to your request or request a correction or deletion when legally and operationally appropriate.
